Washington DC Online Real Estate Education

Your Requirements: Brokers and Salespersons in the District of Columbia are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education consisting of 3-hours fair housing, 3-hours of finance, 3-hours of DC Legislative Updates, and 6 hours of general education each two-year licensing cycle. Brokers will need to renew their license no later than February 28 in odd-numbered years, and Salespersons will need to renew their license no later than August 31 of odd-numbered years.
