Vermont Real Estate Continued Education Information

Total Hours: 16 hours

Requirements:

Salesperson licensed before March 1st is required to complete the entire 16 hours of continuing education for this current renewal period as well as the 8 hours of post-licensure education within the first 90 days of licensure. A salesperson licensed after March 1st will be licensed through to 2018 and there are no continuing education requirements. The requirement to fulfill the 8 hours of post-licensure education within the first 90 days of licensure is required.

Renewal Cycle: Biennial 

Renewal Deadline:  March 31 of odd years

Core Hours: 

Require 4 hrs legal: Four hours of this continuing education instruction shall address legislation and other topics specified by the Commission for each renewal period.
