Montana Online Real Estate Education

Your Requirements: Brokers and Salespersons in Montana are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education classes every year. The licensing year is November 1 through October 31. Each new salesperson licensee is required to complete the new licensee mandatory continuing education requirement, commonly knows as the 12-hour Rookie Course, by the first renewal date following their original license issue date.
