Your requirements: Salespeople and Brokers must complete 18-hours of Utah approved continuing education every 2 years in order to renew their license. During the first renewal cycle, 12 of these 18 hours must be a “New Agent 12 hour Core Course”. Once the first renewal cycle is complete, real estate agents must complete 18-hours including 9-hours of core curriculum and 9 hours of elective credits.
