Connecticut Online Real Estate Education

Your requirements: Brokers and Salespeople in Connecticut are required to complete 12-hours of state-approved continuing education every 2-year license cycle. Within that 12-hours, you must take the 6-hour mandatory course, and the remaining 6 hours can be elective credits chosen by the licensee. The mandatory courses for the 2020 renewal are CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing 1 and CT Real Estate Law Review and Fair Housing 2. Licenses must be renewed each even year; Brokers on March 31st, Salespeople on May 31st.
