Maine Online Real Estate Education

Your requirements: Brokers, Associate Brokers and Designated Brokers in Maine are required to complete 21 hours of continuing education each two-year licensing cycle. The 21 hours of continuing education must include the 3-hour mandatory core course. All real estate licenses expire two years from the original date of issuance.
