Maryland Online Real Estate Education

Your Requirements: Brokers and Salespersons in Maryland are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education each two-year licensing cycle. The 15 hours of continuing education must include 3 hours of legislative updates, 1.5 hours of fair housing and 3 hours of ethics. If you have a commercial designation (solely – no residential business) the 15 hours of continuing education need to include 3 hours of legislative updates and 3 hours of ethics.  Licensees with a graduate degree in law or real estate from an accredited college or university have additional requirements.
