Nebraska Online Real Estate Education

Your requirements: Nebraska brokers and salespersons are required to complete eighteen (18) hours of continuing education each two-year licensing cycle. Of those 18 hours, 12 hours must be in designated subject matter. Licensees must renew their license no later than December 31.

If your license starts with an even number your renewal is December 31, 2020.
If your license starts with an odd number your renewal is December 31, 2021.
