How Do I Renew My New Hampshire Real Estate License?

To renew your license go to https://www.app-support.nh.gov/licensing/ and follow instructions.

How Much Does It Cost To Renew My Real Estate License?

The renewal fee for salesperson applicants is $90.00 and the renewal fee for a broker application is $110.00.

Does New Hampshire Have Reciprocity With Any Other State?

The Commission does not have reciprocity for continuing education but will complete individual accreditation on courses approved in other states, by requesting the licensee to send the timed content outline of the course and other documents, along with a $10 fee per course for course review.

Who Submits Completed Continued Education?

Currently, the Commission requires providers to issue continuing education affidavits to the licensees, and the licensees are required to submit the affidavits to the Commission with their renewal application.  Once the Commission begins to accept renewals online, the Commission will have an on-line process for instructors to submit the licensee’s information that attends the course and the information will be imported into the licensee’s record information.

Are you approved by the state?

No
