Your Requirements: Brokers and Salespersons in New Mexico are required to complete 36 hours of continuing education each three-year licensing cycle. Continuing education must include 4-hour NMREC Annual Core Course (taken each year during the licensing cycle, 12 hours total), 4-hour ethics, 4-hour core elective (NOT the same as the Annual Core Course), and 16 hours of electives.
