Your requirements: Brokers are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (4-hour mandatory course and 20 hours of elective courses) each two-year licensing cycle. Brokers need to renew their licenses no later than March 31 of even number years. Salespersons are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education (4-hour mandatory course and 12 hours of elective courses) each two-year licensing cycle. Salespersons need to renew their licenses no later than May 31 of even number years. March 31 and May 31 of 2020 are the next renewal dates.
