Wyoming Online Real Estate Education

Your Requirements: Salesmen, Associate Brokers and Responsible Brokers in Wyoming are required to complete 45 hours of continuing education each three-year licensing cycle. This includes 24 hours of required coursework and 21 hours of elective coursework. Additionally, Responsible Brokers must complete the approved 8-hour Broker Management Course in addition to the required coursework for a total of 53 hours.
