Your requirements:  Salespeople and Brokers in Pennsylvania must complete 14-hours of continuing education classes every two years including 1.5 hours on the topic of Property Management and 2 hours on the topic of Advertising. Licensing cycles run June 1st through May 31st of the next even year. The next renewal deadline is May 31, 2022.
